Hexplo

Background
ZenithCart, an innovative SaaS platform for small and mid-sized e-commerce businesses, needed a major redesign to improve their onboarding flow and help users manage stores more efficiently. Their goal was to create a more engaging and intuitive platform, reducing churn and increasing customer retention.
Core problem
How can we redesign the Hexplo application to enable users to discover, explore, and share outdoor locations and experiences while promoting contribution and engagement within the community?
Our process for Hexplo
For the hexplo project, we adopted the Design Sprint methodology to rapidly and effectively address key challenges and develop user-centered solutions. This structured, five-day process allowed us to focus on understanding user needs, generating innovative ideas, and validating concepts through prototyping and testing.
